1. Organising Company

The competition is organised and promoted by Pavilion Properties.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to Uni students aged 18 or over who are currently studying in Brighton & Hove.
• Entrants must have an active Instagram account in order to enter.
• Employees of Pavilion Properties and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• Entrants must follow Pavilion Properties on Instagram.
• Entrants must like the official competition post.
• Entrants must tag the 3 people they would take with them in the comments of the official competition post.
• Entrants may receive a bonus entry by sharing the competition post to their Instagram Story and tagging Pavilion Properties.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Competition Period

• The competition opens on Wednesday 3 June 2026.
• The competition closes at 11:59pm on Thursday 11 June 2026.
• Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

5. The Prize

• One winner will receive 4 Premium Seated tickets to England v Croatia at Central Park – Brighton Beach on Wednesday 17 June 2026. Including guaranteed table seating.
• The event takes place at Central Park – Brighton Beach, Black Rock, Madeira Drive, Brighton and Hove, BN2 1FY, United Kingdom.
• Doors open at 18:00, last entry is 20:30, kick-off is 21:00 and the event ends at 23:00.
• The prize consists of event tickets only.
• Travel, food, drink and any additional expenses are not included.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.
• Tickets must not be sold, exchanged, auctioned or transferred to another person.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected from eligible entries.
• Pavilion Properties reserves the right to consider overall engagement with the competition, including Instagram Story shares, when selecting the winner.
• The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message on Friday 12 June 2026.
• If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, Pavilion Properties reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Pavilion Properties’ decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final.

7. Event Attendance

• The winner and their guests must be available to attend the event on Wednesday 17 June 2026.
• The winner and their guests are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the venue.
• The winner and their guests must comply with the event organiser’s terms and conditions, including any age restrictions, entry requirements and venue rules.
• Pavilion Properties accepts no responsibility for event cancellation, postponement, venue changes or amendments made by the event organiser.

8. Publicity

• By accepting the prize, the winner may be asked to provide or allow reasonable promotional content relating to the competition.
• Any promotional content may be used across Pavilion Properties’ marketing channels.
• No additional compensation will be provided for participation in promotional activity.

9. General

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Pavilion Properties reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary.

10. Data Protection

Personal information will only be used where required to administer the competition and arrange prize fulfilment.
