1. Organising Company

The competition is organised by Pavilion Properties, in collaboration with Student Energy Group.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to students aged 18 or over.
• Entrants must be legally eligible to rent a property in the UK.

3. How to Enter

• Entrants will automatically be entered into the prize draw when they successfully sign a tenancy agreement for a Pavilion Properties property and opt into the Pavilion Properties bills-included utility package.
• No separate entry form is required.
• Any student who signs up to a bills-included utility package during the promotional period will be included in the draw.

4. Competition Period

• The competition opens on the date the promotion is publicly announced.
• The competition remains open until Pavilion Properties officially closes entries.
• Pavilion Properties reserves the right to amend, suspend, or close the competition at any time.

5. The Prize

• One winning property will receive free energy for one year.
• The prize is provided through the Pavilion Properties utility package in collaboration with Student Energy Group.
• The prize applies only to the named tenants and the qualifying property.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided during the tenancy application process.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, an alternative winner may be selected.

7. Prize Collection & Publicity

• The winner will be required to attend the Pavilion Properties shop to collect their prize.
• By accepting the prize, the winner consents to being photographed and or recorded for promotional purposes.
• Content may be used across Pavilion Properties’ and Student Energy Group’s marketing channels.
• No additional compensation will be provided for participation in promotional activity.

8. General

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Pavilion Properties’ decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final.

9. Data Protection

Personal data will be used solely for administering the competition and in accordance with Pavilion Properties’ privacy policy.
